LEGAL ADVICE IN SPAIN

We recommend that you employ a lawyer (Abogado) when purchasing a property in Spain.  Ideally the lawyer will be English speaking and have experience in the property market.  The Spanish lawyer will act on your behalf making the necessary searches to ensure that the land and property belonging to the seller is free of charges, has the necessary planning and building permission and that the Contract is fair and legal.  During your time with Rural Property Levante we will be happy to introduce you to a Lawyer who can answer any questions you have and begin to act on your behalf.
