The town of
Tibi is situated at an altitude of 471m in the valley of the
Verd River surrounded by pine covered mountain ranges of
Mitjorn and Maigmo. This delightful and quaint old town the
smallest in the Foia de Castalla has an old Muslim castle,
many shops, and many other amenities only minutes away. One of
the most interesting features is its nearby reservoir, built
to irrigate the market gardens of Alicante it is the oldest
reservoir in Europe still in use dating back to 1594. Its age
unique construction and the beauty of its enclave has
attracted the interest of a great number of architects and
historians. The beautiful beaches of San Juan are within easy
traveling distance, as are 3 top class golf courses. The
lovely cultural city of Alicante is 20 minutes away, with its
old buildings, modern shops, varied restaurants from many
regions of Spain, and marina.

From Alicante Airport:-
Take A-7 motorway from Alicante Airport, exit junction 70 and
head towards Alcoy on the A77, carry on for approx 20km until
you see the turn off for Tibi.
